Call for Papers: Reverse Strategic Litigation on Migrants' Rights

MeDiMi and the Amsterdam Centre for Migration and Refugee Law (ACMRL) are inviting abstract submissions on “Reverse Strategic Litigation by Governments on Migrants’ Rights”. Papers will be presented at a research workshop at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on March 27 and 28, 2025.
The workshop aims to explore the practices of Governments before human rights courts and committees in migration-related cases.
The deadline for abstract submissions is December 20, 2024.
